Don’t mess with the site. No viruses, hacks, or any code of a destructive nature.
You must be 18+ and legally able to shop online.
We only deliver within the Philippines.
Ordering = you're making an offer to buy. Once we confirm your order has shipped, that’s when the contract kicks in. We’ll only ship what’s confirmed in the shipping email.
If something’s out of stock, we might suggest a similar item. If not, we’ll refund you.
We can remove items or cancel orders at any time—even after confirming—if needed.
We aim to deliver in 15 days max, barring delays like weather, holidays, or address issues. Two failed delivery attempts? We’ll reach out, but any added delivery fees are on you.
Once delivered, it’s your responsibility. Ownership is yours once we’re fully paid.
Prices include VAT, not delivery fees. If there’s a pricing error, we’ll contact you before proceeding. If we can’t reach you, we’ll cancel and refund.
We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and over-the-counter options. Payments go through a secure gateway.
We’ll replace items if:
- You got the wrong product
- It’s defective
- It’s missing parts
Email [email protected] within 15 days once you’re sure you want to send them back. Items must be unused, in original packaging. We cover return shipping if it’s our fault. If it looks worn or misused, no exchange.
- Our max liability = what you paid for the product.
- All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors.
- Don’t use the site for shady stuff (fraud, harassment, hacking, etc.).
- We may end your access if you break the rules.
- Notices go to your email or shipping address.
- You can’t transfer your contract with us—we can, if needed.
- We’re not liable for issues caused by force majeure (disasters, wars, etc.).
- If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may revise these Terms anytime. Orders follow the rules in place when you buy. All contracts follow Philippine law.
