STEP 3
Once payment and reservation has been confirmed, our team will process your order. A text message and email will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick up.
STEP 4
Proceed to the Havaianas Flagship Store in Bonifacio High Street to pick up your order.

STORE PICK UP SCHEDULE
Cut-off Time:
The cut-off time for store pick up is 7:00PM.
Orders made 7:01PM onwards will be available for pick up the following day.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Pick Up Time:
Orders will be ready for pick up after 3 hours upon order placement.

11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Daily
Pick Up Requirements:
For orders that will be paid at the store, your Havaianas merchandise shall be reserved for you for two (2) days.
Please present a valid ID and your order confirmation email to any of our Havaianas Brand Ambassadors and they will gladly assist you with your order.
If a representative will pick up your order, please leave his/her full name on the order notes section during check out or email it to [email protected].. The representative shall be requested to present a copy of the order confirmation and a valid government-issued ID.
