How do you order for Same-Day Delivery on

Which items are available for Same-Day Delivery?

We have a wide range of styles to choose from! Shop for your favorite Havaianas pairs and have it delivered on the same-day by checking out your pairs through the Same-Day Delivery collection.


If I order and choose Same-Day Delivery, when will I receive my orders? 

Same-Day Delivery option is available from Monday to Saturday (except holidays). You may check out our order processing schedule below:

Please note that delays may be encountered due to unforeseen circumstances such as calamities and weather disruptions, inaccessibility of location, and delivery service interruptions from our partner courier.


How can I choose Same-Day Delivery for my order?

You can choose our Same-Day Delivery option when you check out your items. 


How will my items be packed?

All Same-Day Delivery orders will be packed with cassava pouches. We don't include boxes and paper bags for online orders, because our company is undertaking ways towards sustainability by lessening the use of paper. We hope you understand, and we guarantee your items will be packed and protected well. 


How will my items be delivered?

Orders will be delivered via Payo Delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive email and SMS updates with its tracking details.


Is Same-Day Delivery available nationwide?

Our Same-Day Delivery option is only available for addresses around Metro Manila at the moment.

How much is the Shipping Fee for Same-Day Delivery orders?

For Same-Day Delivery orders, the shipping fee is P180. 

For free shipping offers, stay tuned for our announcements.   


How many times will the rider try to deliver my Same-Day Delivery order?

Our Payo riders will attempt to deliver your parcel only once. If you missed delivery, the item will be returned to our warehouse for redelivery on the next business day.


Will I pay an additional cost for redelivery of my order?

Yes, additional cost of Php 180.00 will be incurred and this will be settled through a payment link.


What are the available payment options for Same-Day Delivery orders?

We accept Debit/Credit card, Gcash and BillEase payment for Same-Day Delivery orders. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not applicable for Same Day Delivery orders.


Can I buy products from other collections together with my Same-Day Delivery order?

No, you can’t. To enjoy Same-Day Delivery, your orders can only contain items under our Same-Day Delivery collection. If you would like to add on other products that are not part of the collection, you will have to place an order for those separately.


Can I earn Rewards Points when I order for Same-Day Delivery?

Yes, you can earn rewards points when you purchase items for Same-Day Delivery!


How do I cancel my Same-Day Delivery order?

Order cancellations are not allowed once an order has been confirmed. 

Changes or modifications to the order will also not be allowed.


What is the Exchange Policy for Same-Day Delivery orders?

  • Exchanges are accommodated only when it involves concerns such as:
    • Size Change
    • Defective Products
    • Wrong Item Delivered
  • The item should have been purchased from the styles eligible for Same-Day Delivery from
  • We can exchange the item within 15 days upon receipt of the item.
  • We only allow a one-time exchange in size.
  • The item should be in new condition, never been used, and in the original packaging along with all accessories and with tags attached.
  • The item may only be exchanged with styles eligible for Same-Day Delivery from
  • For exchanges due to size change, shipping costs for both the return and delivery of the pair/s will be shouldered by the customer. 
  • For exchanges of defective items, shipping costs for the return of the item and for the delivery of the new item will be shouldered by Havaianas Philippines.
  • Processing and shipping of replacement pairs may take up to 1-2 business days.
