By consenting to the Privacy Policy of the Havaianas Personal Shopper, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet is completely secure. Although we have implemented reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you provide to us and you transmit such information to us at your own risk. 

6. UPDATING OUR POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes that will be made in our Privacy Policy will be posted in the Havaianas website (www.havaianas.ph) to inform old and new customers regarding any such changes.

By visiting the Havaianas Personal Shopper, submitting information, using our services, purchasing any products from the Havaianas Personal Shopper, and/or dealing with us in any way through the Havaianas Personal Shopper, you accept the terms of our Privacy Policy and give consent to Havaianas Philippines to use personal information you provided in the Havaianas Personal Shopper.
