WHAT IS THE HAVAIANAS PERSONAL SHOPPER?
The Havaianas Personal Shopper is a feature that makes getting your Havaianas pairs easier, and all done from the convenience of your own home. You can contact our Personal Shopper through the Havaianas Viber Community, or directly at 0917-544-8606.
WHAT IS THE HAVAIANAS VIBER COMMUNITY?
The Havaianas Viber Community is our hub for our Havaianaticos where you can get information about our new releases, store opening updates, and exclusive offers and features to watch out for, just like our Havaianas Personal Shopper feature.
WHAT STYLES CAN I ORDER?
You may order any Havaianas style but this will be subject to availability depending on the store location. You may request for photos and/or videos of the styles available from your chosen store.
WHAT TIME CAN I CONTACT THE HAVAIANAS PERSONAL SHOPPER?
The Havaianas Personal Shopper is available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00pm.
IS THERE AN ORDER CUT-OFF?
Order cut-off is at 3pm. Orders placed after cut-off and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders made before the cut-off are expected to be delivered within the day. Delivery time can take up to 1-2 hours upon ordering and confirmation.
ORDER PROCESSING, PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
HOW TO ORDER?
- Send a message to Havaianas’ Personal Shopper through two ways:
- By joining our Havaianas Viber Community, and message our Viber Community admin
- By contacting our Havaianas Personal Shopper directly through sending a Viber message to 0917-544-8606.
- Provide your contact information and preferred store to our Personal Shopper.
- Your preferred store will contact you to help you place your orders, and ask if your orders are for delivery, or store pick-up.

In-Store Pick Up is available in the following Metro Manila branches and stores:

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?
- FOR PROVINCIAL ORDERS: Provincial payment methods may vary depending on the participating locations and stores.
HOW WILL I GET MY PAIRS?
After payment, an order confirmation will be sent via Viber and you will be advised if the item is ready for store pick up, or delivery.
Option 1: Store Pick-Up
Once payment has been confirmed, you will be advised when your order is ready for pick up at your preferred store. Your pick-up time slot may be arranged with the store servicing your order.
Note: For orders under store-pick up, stocks will be reserved to the customer for 2 days only.
Option 2: Delivery
You can book a third-party courier to pick-up your orders. All you need to do is send your courier’s booking details to their preferred store via Viber.
Note: Delivery costs will be shouldered by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURN & EXCHANGE
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be reserved for up to 2 days. If the order isn’t paid or picked up within 2 days, it will automatically be cancelled.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
For safety and sanitation reasons, we will only allow an item to be returned or exchanged if it's either:
- Defective or damaged; or
- Wrong size or wrong item delivered.
To process the return and exchange, you need to send a photo of the item and proof of purchase (receipt) to the Havaianas Personal Shopper, and store of purchase for it to be evaluated.
