Havaianas Rewards is a loyalty program designed to make shopping for your favorite flip-flops more rewarding and convenient. Members can earn points and redeem them at any participating Havaianas and All Flip-Flops stores and get bonuses while doing so!

You can sign-up for the Havaianas Rewards Program at any Havaianas, or All Flip-Flops stores, and online through havaianas.ph.

Online Registration Possible Scenarios:

1. What if I am already registered in havaianas.ph but not a rewards member?
   you may log-in your account at havaianas.ph to check. on the accounts page, click the “Join rewards program”.
2. What if I am a havaianas rewards member but have no account in havaianas.ph?
   you may link your card number once you register at havaianas.ph.
3. What if I am a havaianas rewards member but with a separate havaianas.ph account?
   please be informed that only 1 card number can be tied to an account. choose your active account that will be linked to havaianas.ph.

Note: Havaianas Mobile App is not available.

For every Php 200, a member can earn 1 rewards point.

Havaianas Rewards has 3 tiers with different perks and benefits. Your tier will depend on your total spend in the last 12 months.

Level 1 - Bronze: default tier upon sign-up for membership.
Level 2 - Silver: member tier for accumulated spend of P10,000
Level 3 - Gold: member tier for accumulated spend of P20,000

Yes, you can also earn points for transactions less than php 200 amount (1-199).

The amount you spent will be divided by P200 to get the rewards points to be earned. See example below:

Yes, your points will expire after 1 year and 1 month of your registration date. See example below:

Yes, points can be earned using any mode of payment.

Yes, points can only be earned when you use our gift card but not upon purchase.

Your points status will depend on the value of your exchanged item. Please refer to the examples below:

ITEM VALUE IS	POINTS STATUS
Lower Value or same value than the item exchanged	You'll be getting the same number of points, but any leftover points for an item of lower value will be forfeited.
Higher Value than the item exchanged	The difference of the transaction value will earn points.

When you return your items, the points that came with it will be forfeited from your account once your request is approved. Earning of points will apply on exchanged item/s. See table above.

You can redeem your havaianas rewards points in-store and on havaianas.ph. A one time password will be sent to your email account, which you will need to proceed with the transaction.

You can redeem any amount of points you like.

Our system will not be able to process your transaction when our system is offline.

You can redeem your points at your Shopping Cart

• - Check “Use Loyalty Points” and enter the amount you want to redeem then click validate.
• - An OTP will be sent to your account once you proceed in redeeming your points.
• - Points coupon will apply in your cart once you proceed to the check-out page.

Note: You can only do this at the Shopping Cart section and not on other pages.

Yes, you can redeem your points along with your gift card. Just make sure that your points are converted as coupons online. Note: Points coupons are not reversible once transacted. Also, it will expire within 3 months.

Havaianas Rewards membership does not expire.

Your points will be reflected on your account right after you shop in-store as long as our system is online. You may check your points at the receipt or by logging in at havaianas.ph.

Your points will reflect after 15-days from your order date.

Your points will reflect within 3-5 business days.

You can request to view your points balance from our cashier. And each time you purchase from us, your receipt will also reflect your points balance.
