Exchange Policy

DO YOU ALLOW SIZE EXCHANGE?

Yes! We allow a one-time exchange in size. Here are just a few things we need to check when you decide to have your pairs exchanged:

  • You may return any item purchased from www.havaianas.ph within 15 days from the purchase date.
  • We can accommodate requests for change in size of the same style and color only. 
    • If the size requested is no longer available, you may choose another color or style of the same value (the retail price of the item when it was purchased will be followed).
  • The item/s to be returned should be in good condition, never been used, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories and tags.
  • Shipping costs, for both the return and delivery of the pair/s, will be shouldered by the customer. 
  • Return and refund requests due to change of mind will not be allowed. 
  • For the Assumption Special Collection, size change for this made-to-order collection will not be allowed because the pins are solely customized for the specific pair.

To request for an item to be exchanged, please drop us an email at info@shophavaianas.ph and indicate on the subject line: For Exchange. Please provide us with the following details and we’ll coordinate with you once we receive your email.

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Address
  • Date of purchase
  • Item to be exchanged (style, size, and color)
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos of the item

Kindly allow us to review your information and photos. We'll be happy to guide you with the return process. 

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

If the item received is defective, or is not what was ordered, or has missing parts, you may have it replaced as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • You may return any item purchased from www.havaianas.ph within 15 days from the purchase date.
  • We can only accommodate replacement in the same style and color as the defective item.
  • If the size requested is no longer available, you may choose another color or style of the same value (the retail price of the item when it was purchased will be followed).
  • The item/s should be in good condition, never been used, and in the original packaging along with all accessories and tags.
  • Shipping cost for the return of the item and for the delivery of the new item will be shouldered by Havaianas Philippines.

For any concerns on the condition or quality of the pair that you received, please feel free to reach us at info@shophavaianas.ph for assistance. Havaianas flip-flops are assessed on a case-to-case basis. If, upon evaluation, the pair is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same style, color, and size as what you originally purchased.

Havaianas reserves the right to reject returns that we reasonably believe are worn out or damaged through improper use. If this is the case, no exchange will be allowed and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

If you wish to refund purchases made on Havaianas.ph, it will be refunded in the same mode of payment made. Refunds cannot be done through the stores.
