1. The Promo is open to all BDO Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

2. Cardholders are entitled to BUY NOW, PAY NEXT YEAR with a minimum purchase of P3,000 worth of Havaianas items at select Havaianas and All Flip-Flop stores when they use their BDO Credit Card for payment.

3. The offer/s is non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
   
   
4. The offer/s is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
   
   
5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
