What are the UAAP Pins?

In partnership with the UAAP (University Athletic Association of the Philippines), Havaianas Philippines released the UAAP Pins that represent each of the 8 universities participating in the competitions and feature the school’s name and their battle cry. Athletes, alumni, and fans alike can customize their favorite Havaianas flip-flops pairs with the UAAP pins to show their school spirit while being comfortable in their Havaianas flip-flops as they root for their favorite UAAP team!

Until when can we get our UAAP Pins? 

The UAAP Pins will be available on Havaianas.ph from March 15, 2023 until supplies last.

How do you order UAAP pairs and pins on Havaianas.ph?

1. Go to the UAAP tab.
2. Customize your pair.
   1. Choose between a Top or Top Logomania 2 style.
   2. Choose 2 pins - one for the left pair, one for the right pair.
      • You have the option to download the image of your personalized UAAP pair for reference.
3. Check out your order and pay for your pairs online via our online options - credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, PayMaya, and GCash.
   • Your UAAP pairs will be assembled on a per confirmed order basis.
4. Get ready for your UAAP pair to be delivered to you!

How many pins can I place on each UAAP pair?

Customers can select a maximum of (2) two pins per pair: 1 pin for the left pair, and 1 pin for the right pair.

Can I buy other Havaianas products with my UAAP pair order?

No. Your order must only contain your UAAP pair/s when you checkout. If you want to add other Havaianas products to your cart, you will have to place an order for those separately.

Do the UAAP pairs come in special packaging?

Yes, each customer will receive a Free Havaianas Gift Bag for every purchase of a UAAPpair, until supplies last.

What are your payment options?

We accept credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, PayMaya and GCash.

Cash On Delivery (COD) is not applicable for the UAAP pairs.

What is the cancellation policy of UAAP pairs?

• Order cancellations are not allowed once an order has been confirmed. 

Changes or modifications to the order will also not be allowed.

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Metro Manila and are sent to you via our partner courier, LBC. From the time of payment confirmation, orders are delivered within the following time frames per region.

NCR	3-4 days
North Luzon	3-5 days
South Luzon	4-6 days
Visayas/Palawan	5-7 days
Mindanao	7-10 days

Please note that delays may be encountered due to unforeseen circumstances such as calamities and weather disruptions, inaccessibility of location, and delivery service interruptions from our partner courier.

What is the exchange policy for UAAP pairs?

• Exchanges are accommodated only when it involves concerns such as:
• Uneven color, length & thickness
• Different pins attached
• Wrong placement of pins
• Loose pins
• Cracked sole & cut on the strap
• You may return items purchased online within 15 days from the date your order was delivered.
• For UAAP pairs, we do not allow size exchanges because this made-to-order collection is customized to the customer’s selection.

• You can also order UAAP Pairs through the Havaianas Personal Shopper.
• You can message our Havaianas Personal Shopper on Viber from Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 4:00pm.
• Order cut-off is at 2pm.
• Orders made before the cut-off are expected to be delivered the next day.
• Orders placed after cut-off and weekends will be processed on the next business day (Monday). 
• The customers may pre-design their UAAP pair on the Havaianas.ph website, then download the image and send it over to our Personal Shopper.
• From there, our Personal Shopper will check if the pair can be done at the nearest participating Pin Pals store.
• Payment Methods:
• For Delivery from Store option: Payments can be made through Gcash.
• For Store Pick-up option: Payments can be made in the store through cash, Gcash or card transactions.
• Cancellation and Returns / Exchange Policies will follow the conditions from the store the UAAP pairs were purchased from.
