When will I receive my orders? 

For addresses within Metro Manila, we will offer Same Day Delivery for the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle from May 12 to 19, 2023.

What is the delivery timeframe for orders outside Metro Manila?

From the time of payment confirmation, orders are delivered within the following time frames per region.

How much is the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle?

You can get the Havaianas Gift Bundle for as low as Php 1,799 up to P2,299. Each Gift Bundle comes with an accessory and a pair of Havaianas flip flops.

 

How will my items be packed?

All orders of the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle will come in a Havaianas Jute Bag, and will be packed and protected well. 

 

How will my items be delivered?

Orders for delivery within Metro Manila will be delivered via Payo Delivery, while for those orders outside Metro Manila will be delivered via LBC. Once your order is shipped, you will receive email and SMS updates with its tracking details.

Is the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle available nationwide?

The Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle is available for same day delivery to addresses around Metro Manila only.

 

For addresses outside Metro Manila, you can send us a message on Facebook Messenger, so our Sales Agents can assist and place an order for you.

 

How much is the Shipping Fee for the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle orders?

The shipping fee for orders within Metro Manila is P180, while for orders outside Metro Manila, shipping costs vary and are computed upon checkout. 

 

What are the available payment options for the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle?

We accept Debit/Credit card, Gcash and BillEase payment for the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle orders. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not applicable for the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle orders.

No, you can’t. Your orders can only contain the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle. If you would like to add on other products that are not part of the collection, you will have to place an order for those separately.

How do I cancel my Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle order?

Order cancellations, changes, and modifications are not allowed once an order has been confirmed. 

 

What is the Exchange Policy for Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle orders?

• Exchanges are accommodated only when it involves concerns such as:
• Size Change
• Defective Products
• Wrong Item Delivered
• The items should have been part of the Mother’s Day Gift Bundle collection from www.havaianas.ph.
• We can exchange the items within 15 days upon receipt of the item.
• We only allow a one-time exchange in size.
• All items should be in new condition, never been used, and in the original packaging along with all accessories and with tags attached.
• All the items included in the Havaianas Mother’s Day Gift Bundle must be returned and a new Mother’s Day Gift Bundle with the correct items will be sent back to the customer.
• For exchanges due to size change, shipping costs for both the return and delivery of the pair/s will be shouldered by the customer. 
• For exchanges of defective items, shipping costs for the return of the item and for the delivery of the new item will be shouldered by Havaianas Philippines.
• Processing and shipping of replacement pairs may take up to 1-2 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
