How to Order
Our Homepage serves as your guide to all the latest styles of Havaianas. You may pick from the Menu above, so you’ll be taken to the styles according to category. You may also browse through our sliders to be in the know on the current highlights, promos, and exclusive offers.
To see more styles, just scroll down and find a pair that you may like. You might even pick up suggestions at our Best Sellers section. If you’re looking for a specific style, just use our Search bar at the upper right portion of the page. Our Store Locator is also available at the Where to Buy tab, in case you want to drop by one of our stores.
Make your online shopping experience with Havaianas more convenient and easy-peasy by creating your very own account. Just click on the Login/Register button at the upper right portion of the page. Registering will give you access to your order history and status. You might even be alerted to some online exclusives, too! :)
Once you’ve found a style that you want to purchase, just click on the photo, so that you’ll be taken to the product page. It's here where you’ll see the available colors and sizes.
Choose the color and size that you want. Don’t forget to double-check the quantity of your order before clicking Add to Cart.
Afterwards, you’ll be prompted to choose between Continue Shopping and View Cart and Checkout. If you're done shopping, click Proceed to Checkout. If you have other styles to purchase, click Continue Shopping.
When you check out, you’ll be redirected to your Shopping Cart. It will show all the items that you have chosen, the details of each style, and its price. You may opt to edit the quantity of each style ordered or remove a certain style. When you make changes, make sure to click Update Your Shopping Cart.
Don’t forget to review your cart! If you’d like to use PayPal as a payment method, you may already log in at this page. Otherwise, you may go to the next step by clicking Proceed to Checkout.
If you opt to use your PayPal account, just log in and proceed with payment. After the payment has been processed and confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification.
If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll be asked to provide the requested details under Billing Information. Please key in your name, email address, home address, and phone number.
Make sure to provide all the information completely and accurately, so there won’t be any problem in the processing. Tick Ship to the Address, if you want your order to be sent to the same billing address that you indicated.
After indicating your shipping/billing address, the shipping cost will be computed and reflected in the summary of your order. The shipping fee will depend on your exact location and the volume of your order.
Click Continue to proceed to the other payment options.
Under the PesoPay section, click Continue to view your confirmed order. Here, you will see the summary of your order, including the total amount. Click Place Order to confirm purchase. Afterwards, you’ll be redirected to the site of Pesopay, which is our secure payment gateway. Here’s where you will choose your preferred payment method.
Aside from PayPal, our payment options include credit or debit card, BDO or RCBC bank deposit, ECPay, and Bayad Center. Each payment option will provide you instructions on how to settle payment.

Once payment has been processed and accepted, you will receive an email notification to confirm your transaction. Now, it’s time to sit back, relax, and let us take care of the rest. No need to worry 'cause we'll keep you updated through email. :)
